Tablet Plus Hotels Frequently Asked Questions

  • Athena Travel Solutions offers complimentary hotel bookings for hotel or resort stays of $500 USD or more per reservation. For those stays that do not meet the minimum spend, we charge a non-refundable booking fee of $100 USD per reservation, at our discretion.

    The Athena Travel Solutions hotel booking service is best for clients looking to take advantage of our preferred partnerships at participating hotels and resorts. Please note that this service does not include research, hotel or price comparisons, or concierge-type reservations.

    With our complimentary hotel bookings, that meet the eligible spend requirement, we allow one price adjustment or change to the reservation. Any additional changes or price adjustments will be subject to a $100 non-refundable booking/service fee.

    For more custom planning including full itineraries, we offer tailored planning services which include destination guidance and detailed itineraries.

  • There’s no minimum stay required for Tablet Plus Hotels reservations.

  • The Tablet Plus rate should reflect the flexible/standard rate. You can’t book a Tablet Plus rate in conjunction with other discounts or award stays.
