Couture by Langham Exclusive Benefits

  • Food and Beverage or Spa credit per stay. Scales by property and length of stay. (Local currency varies by property. Back-to-back stays within 24 hours at the same property are considered as one stay only)

  • Daily Breakfast for two. American breakfast/English breakfast for US/UK properties; buffet breakfast for Asia Pacific properties

  • One category room upgrade (subject to availability at check-in). Certain room categories are not eligible for upgrade

  • Couture welcome amenity (varies by property)

Athena Travel Solutions will need your billing information, phone number, and a valid credit card to make your reservation.

Couture by Langham Frequently Asked Questions

  • Athena Travel Solutions offers complimentary hotel bookings for hotel or resort stays of $500 USD or more per reservation. For those stays that do not meet the minimum spend, we charge a non-refundable booking fee of $100 USD per reservation, at our discretion.

    The Athena Travel Solutions hotel booking service is best for clients looking to take advantage of our preferred partnerships at participating hotels and resorts. Please note that this service does not include research, hotel or price comparisons, or concierge-type reservations.

    With our complimentary hotel bookings, that meet the eligible spend requirement, we allow one price adjustment or change to the reservation. Any additional changes or price adjustments will be subject to a $100 non-refundable booking/service fee.

    For more custom planning including full itineraries, we offer tailored planning services which include destination guidance and detailed itineraries.

  • There is no minimum length of stay required. Please note reservations are subject to $25 USD non-refundable booking fee if the reservation isn’t $500 USD or more.

  • The Couture by Langham rate should reflect the flexible/standard rate. Benefits are combinable with the benefits offered in other Packages but the same benefits cannot be repeated.
