Hilton Impresario Frequently Asked Questions

  • Athena Travel Solutions offers complimentary hotel bookings for hotel or resort stays of $500 USD or more per reservation. For those stays that do not meet the minimum spend, we charge a non-refundable booking fee of $100 USD per reservation, at our discretion.

    The Athena Travel Solutions hotel booking service is best for clients looking to take advantage of our preferred partnerships at participating hotels and resorts. Please note that this service does not include research, hotel or price comparisons, or concierge-type reservations.

    With our complimentary hotel bookings, that meet the eligible spend requirement, we allow one price adjustment or change to the reservation. Any additional changes or price adjustments will be subject to a $100 non-refundable booking/service fee.

    For more custom planning including full itineraries, we offer tailored planning services which include destination guidance and detailed itineraries.

  • There is no minimum length of stay required. Please note reservations are subject to $25 USD non-refundable booking fee if the reservation isn’t $500 USD or more.

  • The Hilton Impresario rate should reflect the the flexible/standard rate. You can’t book a Hilton Impresario rate in conjunction with other discounts or award stays.

  • Of course! Hilton Impresario reservations are booked directly through Hilton. You will earn and receive all elite benefits when booking a Hilton Impresario rate.
