  • Athena Travel Solutions offers complimentary hotel bookings for hotel or resort stays of $500 USD or more per reservation. For those stays that do not meet the minimum spend, we charge a non-refundable booking fee of $100 USD per reservation, at our discretion.

    Athena Travel Solutions Hotel booking service is best for clients looking to take advantage of our preferred partnerships at participating hotels and resorts. Please note that this service does not include research, hotel or price comparisons, or concierge-type reservations.

    With our complimentary hotel bookings, that meet the eligible spend requirement, we allow one price adjustment or change to the reservation. Any additional changes or price adjustments will be subject to a $100 non-refundable booking/service fee.

  • There’s no minimum stay required for Mandarin Oriental Fan Club reservations. Please note reservations are subject to $25 USD non-refundable booking fee if reservation isn’t $500 USD or more.

  • The Mandarin Oriental Fan Club rate should reflect the the flexible/standard rate. You can’t book a Mandarin Oriental Fan Club rate in conjunction with other discounts or award stays.
