How to Book a Shangri-La Luxury Circle Reservation

Contact Athena Travel Solutions with your booking request by using the form below.

Athena Travel Solutions will respond with the Luxury Circle rates and included benefits.

Athena Travel Solutions will need your billing information, phone number, Golden Circle Number, and a valid credit card to make your reservation.

Once the reservation has been made, you will receive an email confirmation directly from the property and you will see the reservation in your Golden Circle Account. It’s that easy!

Athena Travel Solutions offers complimentary hotel bookings for hotel or resort stays of $500 USD or more per reservation. For those stays that do not meet the minimum spend, we charge a non-refundable booking fee of $100 USD per reservation, at our discretion.
The Athena Travel Solutions hotel booking service is best for clients looking to take advantage of our preferred partnerships at participating hotels and resorts. Please note that this service does not include research, hotel or price comparisons, or concierge-type reservations.
With our complimentary hotel bookings, that meet the eligible spend requirement, we allow one price adjustment or change to the reservation. Any additional changes or price adjustments will be subject to a $100 non-refundable booking/service fee.

There is no minimum stay required for a Luxury Circle reservation. So no matter if you stay for just one night, or stay for a week you will still be a VIP. Please note reservations are subject to $25 USD non-refundable booking fee if the reservation isn’t $500 USD or more.
