How to Book a 1 Hotels Reservation

Athena Travel Solutions will respond with the Marriott Luminous rates and included benefits.

Athena Travel Solutions will need your billing information, phone number, Marriot Bonvoy Number, and a valid credit card to make your reservation.

 Once the reservation has been made, you will receive an email confirmation directly from the property and you will see the reservation in your Marriott Bonvoy Account. It’s that easy!

Marriott Luminous Frequently Asked Questions

  • Athena Travel Solutions offers complimentary hotel bookings for hotel or resort stays of $500 USD or more per reservation. For those stays that do not meet the minimum spend, we charge a non-refundable booking fee of $100 USD per reservation, at our discretion.

    The Athena Travel Solutions hotel booking service is best for clients looking to take advantage of our preferred partnerships at participating hotels and resorts. Please note that this service does not include research, hotel or price comparisons, or concierge-type reservations.

    With our complimentary hotel bookings, that meet the eligible spend requirement, we allow one price adjustment or change to the reservation. Any additional changes or price adjustments will be subject to a $100 non-refundable booking/service fee.

  • There’s no minimum stay required for Marriott Luminous reservations.

  • The Marriott Luminous rate should reflect the the flexible/standard rate. You can’t book a Marriott Luminous rate in conjunction with other discounts or award stays.

  • Of course! Marriott Luminous reservations are booked directly through Marriott. You will earn and receive all elite benefits when booking a Marriott Luminous rate.

  • Yes. So don’t worry about working so hard to earn status when you can use a travel advisor to get almost the same perks you would get if you were a Marriott Platinum or Titanium member!
