Athena Travel Solutions will respond with the IHG® Luxury & Lifestyle rates and included benefits.

Athena Travel Solutions will need your billing information, phone number, IHG® Rewards Number and a valid credit card to make your reservation.

 Once the reservation has been made, you will receive an email confirmation directly from the property and you will see the reservation in your IHG® Account. It’s that easy.

IHG Luxury & Lifestyle Frequently Asked Questions

  • Athena Travel Solutions offers complimentary hotel bookings for hotel or resort stays of $500 USD or more per reservation. For those stays that do not meet the minimum spend, we charge a non-refundable booking fee of $100 USD per reservation, at our discretion.

    The Athena Travel Solutions hotel booking service is best for clients looking to take advantage of our preferred partnerships at participating hotels and resorts. Please note that this service does not include research, hotel or price comparisons, or concierge-type reservations.

    With our complimentary hotel bookings, that meet the eligible spend requirement, we allow one price adjustment or change to the reservation. Any additional changes or price adjustments will be subject to a $100 non-refundable booking/service fee.

    For more custom planning including full itineraries, we offer tailored planning services which include destination guidance and detailed itineraries.

  • There’s no minimum stay required for IHG® Luxury & Lifestyle reservations. Please note that reservations are subject to $25 USD non-refundable booking fee if reservation isn’t $500 USD or more.

  • The IHG® Luxury & Lifestyle rate should reflect the the flexible/standard rate. You can’t book a IHG® Luxury & Lifestyle rate in conjunction with other discounts or award stays.

  • Of course! IHG® Luxury & Lifestyle reservations are booked directly through IHG®. You will earn and receive all elite benefits when booking a IHG® Luxury & Lifestyle rate.

  • Yes. So don’t worry about working so hard to earn status when you can use a travel advisor to get almost the same perks you would get if you were a IHG® Rewards Spire Elite member!
