Athena Travel Solutions will need your billing information, phone number, iPrefer loyalty number, and a valid credit card to make your reservation.

 Once the reservation has been made, you will receive an email confirmation directly from the property. It’s that easy!

Preferred Platinum Partner Frequently Asked Questions

  • Athena Travel Solutions offers complimentary hotel bookings for hotel or resort stays of $500 USD or more per reservation. For those stays that do not meet the minimum spend, we charge a non-refundable booking fee of $100 USD per reservation, at our discretion.

    The Athena Travel Solutions hotel booking service is best for clients looking to take advantage of our preferred partnerships at participating hotels and resorts. Please note that this service does not include research, hotel or price comparisons, or concierge-type reservations.

    With our complimentary hotel bookings, that meet the eligible spend requirement, we allow one price adjustment or change to the reservation. Any additional changes or price adjustments will be subject to a $100 non-refundable booking/service fee.

    For more custom planning including full itineraries, we offer tailored planning services which include destination guidance and detailed itineraries.

  • No Minimum Stay - Please note reservations are subject to $25 USD non-refundable booking fee if the reservation isn’t $500 USD or more.

  • The Preferred Platinum Partner rate should reflect the flexible/standard rate. You can’t book a Preferred Platinum Partner rate in conjunction with other discounts or award stays. Preferred Platinum Partner is not combinable with promotions rates, government rates, or any other discounted rates.

  • Preferred Platinum Partner can only be booked on paid stays using cash and isn’t available for points stays.

  • Of course! Preferred Platinum Partner reservations are eligible to receive all elite benefits and points for your stay.
